So I cannot obtain the Catalog item that I need. Meanwhile I have downloaded these two updates as separately recommended, to prepare for the Rollup:. Neither one will install. Each searches endlessly for "Updates installed on this machine. I have applied KB successfully, but when I launch KB, Windows Update just says "Searching for updates on this computer" and the progress bar never moves.
